This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services booked and paid for through the websites sabineangel.earth, mehralsmensch.de, and firstman.earth. All payments are received and all refunds are processed exclusively by Firstman (Rahul KL), based in India. By booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to this Policy.
Brand Clarification
This website and its services operate under the brands “Sabine Angel” and/or “Mehralsmensch”. These are personal and content brands representing the spiritual work of Sabine Wettengel. They are not independent legal entities. All services delivered under these brands are operated, billed, and legally administered by Firstman (Rahul KL), registered in India. Firstman is the sole legal operator, contracting party, and payment receiver for all transactions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A session is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment processed by Firstman. Bookings made via Calendly, WhatsApp, email, or directly through the websites are subject to this Policy from the moment of payment confirmation.
2. Cancellation by the Client
2.1 More Than 48 Hours Before Session
If you cancel a confirmed session more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time:
- Full refund to your original payment method, processed by Firstman, OR
- Session credit valid for 6 months from the original booking date.
2.2 Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Session
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session:
- 50% refund to your original payment method, processed by Firstman, OR
- Full session credit valid for 3 months from the original booking date.
2.3 Less Than 24 Hours Before Session
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time are non-refundable. This includes no-shows (failure to attend without prior notice).
3. Rescheduling by the Client
You may reschedule at no additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may be treated as a late cancellation. A maximum of two (2) reschedules are permitted per booking.
4. Cancellation by Firstman
Firstman may cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, force majeure, or technical issues. In such cases:
- Full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, processed by Firstman, OR
- Reschedule at a mutually agreed time at no additional cost.
5. Courses, Training Programmes, and Academy
5.1 Before Commencement
- Cancellation more than 7 days before first session: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 3–7 days before first session: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before commencement: Non-refundable.
5.2 After Commencement
Fees for completed sessions or modules are non-refundable. Refunds for remaining sessions may be considered by Firstman at sole discretion in documented exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergency).
6. Complimentary Introductory Sessions
The complimentary first session requires no payment and is therefore not subject to refund provisions. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling out of respect for scheduling availability.
7. Refund Processing
All refunds are issued by Firstman (Rahul KL) via the original payment method:
- PayPal refunds: Returned to your PayPal account within 5–7 business days.
- Razorpay refunds: Returned to your original payment instrument within 7–10 business days, subject to Razorpay processing timelines.
- Bank transfer refunds: Processed within 7–14 business days depending on the banking institution.
Firstman is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors. Non-recoverable gateway transaction fees may be deducted from refund amounts where applicable.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact Firstman directly at contact@firstman.earth or touch@sabineangel.earth before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of service access and recovery of associated dispute handling fees.

Please include your name, session date and time, booking confirmation, and reason for cancellation. Firstman will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction. EU consumers retain all rights under applicable EU consumer protection directives. Where local law provides greater protection than this Policy, local law prevails.
11. Policy Updates
Firstman reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised date. The policy in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking.
