Overview
This policy defines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all services offered through sabineangel.earth.
Scope
This policy applies to all services booked through sabineangel.earth, operated by Firstman (Rahul KL, India).
Cancellation Terms
If you need to cancel a scheduled session:
- Cancellation 48 hours or more in advance: full refund
- Cancellation 24 to 48 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: no refund
To request a cancellation, email touch@sabineangel.earth with your booking details.
Rescheduling
We accommodate rescheduling requests as follows:
- Requests made 48 hours or more in advance: rescheduled at no additional cost
- One complimentary reschedule per booking
Please share your preferred alternative dates when you contact us.
Cancellation by Sabine Angel
If we must cancel a scheduled session:
- You will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- Priority booking will be offered for rescheduled sessions
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Razorpay: 5 to 7 business days
- PayPal: 5 to 10 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital courses or content once accessed
- Sessions that have been completed
- Services marked as non-refundable at booking
- Custom or personalized work once initiated
By purchasing digital content or services, the customer agrees that access may begin immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has started.
Missed Sessions
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered delivered and are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to make case-by-case decisions in exceptional circumstances.

Policy Updates
This policy may be updated. Sessions booked before a change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
