Brand Clarification
This website and its services operate under the brands “Sabine Angel” and/or “Mehralsmensch”. These are personal and content brands representing the spiritual work of Sabine Wettengel. They are not independent legal entities. All services delivered under these brands are operated, billed, and legally administered by Firstman (Rahul KL), registered in India. Firstman is the sole legal operator, contracting party, and payment receiver for all transactions.

The brands “Sabine Angel” and “Mehralsmensch” represent the personal work and creative identity of Sabine Wettengel. These brands are not separate legal entities and do not independently enter into contracts, receive payments, or bear legal responsibility. Firstman is the sole contracting party for all purposes.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing these websites, scheduling a session, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
3. Services
Firstman, through the brand “Sabine Angel” (delivered by Sabine Wettengel), offers spiritually-oriented personal guidance services including:
- Channeling sessions (Divine Contacts, Seelenfluss)
- Holistic healing sessions and energy work
- Healer training programmes and courses
- Academy programmes and spiritual education
- Personal empowerment consultations
All services are of a spiritual, educational, and personal development nature. They do not constitute professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Firstman and Sabine Wettengel do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to engage with services or make payments. By proceeding, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
5. Pricing and Payment
Services are priced as follows (subject to change with notice):
- One Hour of Service: €111 EUR / approximately $123 USD / approximately ₹9,999 INR / approximately £94 GBP
All payments are received and processed exclusively by Firstman (Rahul KL). Payment is accepted via PayPal and Razorpay. The business name displayed at checkout will be Firstman / Rahul KL. Bank transfer and Paytm options are also available under the same entity. Firstman does not store your full card or banking credentials.
Firstman is registered in India. Clients in the European Union or other jurisdictions may be subject to local consumer protection laws in addition to these Terms. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
6. Session Booking and Scheduling
Sessions may be booked via the website, Calendly, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each new client is entitled to one complimentary introductory session. All subsequent sessions are subject to the pricing above.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- Cancellations 48+ hours before session: Full refund or session credit
- Cancellations 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund or full session credit
- Cancellations under 24 hours: Non-refundable
- All refunds are processed by Firstman via the original payment method
8. Intellectual Property
All content on these websites — text, images, videos, course materials, channeled transmissions, graphics — is the intellectual property of Firstman and/or Sabine Wettengel and is protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Firstman and Sabine Wettengel make no guarantees regarding outcomes of any spiritual or guidance session. Results are individual and cannot be promised. You engage voluntarily and at your own discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firstman’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Firstman shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Global Services and Applicable Law
Firstman provides services globally. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Where applicable, local consumer protection laws of the client’s jurisdiction — including EU consumer rights directives — may also apply and are not excluded by these Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter through appropriate legal channels in India or the client’s local jurisdiction as required by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
Firstman reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
